These special training sessions offer Ambassadors the opportunity to mastermind ideas for presentations, and to develop leadership skills. It's also the chance to provide suggestions on how to take our BNI region to the next level of excellence!

Secure Shopping

Orders placed on our store are encrypted with SSL (secure socket layers) technology. The information you send via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL-enabled browser. Use Netscape Navigator version 3.02 or higher, or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 3.02 or higher.
Note that email is not encrypted and is not considered a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers. Please keep in mind this is NOT the means by which your credit card information is sent via the online ordering process of this web site. If you are still concerned about ordering electronically, you can place your order by phone, fax or mail.

Email Addresses

We require that all online customers provide an email address and password at checkout for purposes of order and shipment confirmation. The email addresses we collect are used exclusively by BNI and will not be sold to or shared with any other organization.

BNI Canada Privacy Standards

By applying for membership in a Canadian BNI chapter you agree that BNI may collect and use identifiable information about you (your personal information) for the purpose of:
a) Assessing your application for initial membership
b) Assessing your status as a member in good standing
c) Assisting you to obtain more word of mouth referrals and
d) Sending you periodic information about your membership status and word-of-mouth referral marketing.

BNI will disclose your personal information to potential clients/customers through the BNI marketing process which, may include posting your business contact information on the BNI
website. Further, you agree to obtain the appropriate form of consent from those individuals that you may refer to BNI members as potential clients/customers. Your Chapter Mentors, Education Coordinator, Leadership Team and BNI Directors/Ambassadors will outline the appropriate form of consent.

BNI must rely on all its' members to adhere to the overall BNI Privacy Policy and standards formulated by BNI International and BNI Canada. For more details of BNI's Privacy Policy, you may refer to the Privacy Statement posted at www.bnicanada.ca, or apply directly to privacy@bnicanada.ca.

Cancellation Policy:

BNI Memberships:
Upon Acceptance to BNI, fees are non-refundable without exception.

BNI Events:

You have 10 days from date of registration to make a transfer to an alternate event without being charged a transfer fee, after which the following policy applies. In all cases you have a choice to pay the transfer fee or forfeit the event. If for any reason the client cannot attend the event they may find someone else to attend in their place and notify BNI Alberta North of that change.
Event Transfer/Cancellation Policy
0-10 days from date of registration and 14 or more days prior to the event – full refund or credit.
13-7 days prior to event - $10 transfer fee and amount is applied to another event.
6-3 days prior to event - $20 transfer fee and amount is applied to another event.
Less than 3 days prior to the event – no refund, credit or transfer.
Should the client not attend the event and fail to notify BNI Alberta North there will be no refunds, credits, or transfers.


If required, you have 10 days from date of purchase to return products for credit or exchange. They must be in original condition and complete original packaging.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
If ordering BNI Products, delivery can be arranged to be made at the next event you attend, or local pickup is available with prior arrangement.
